Fuck yeah cheese

Yes, you read that correctly. Cheese is my family’s passion. Why? We are Amish….and we make cheese. All kinds of cheese. Cheese is the first food I remember eating and loving. We have a cheese plate at every family dinner, dedicate 2 shelves of the fridge to cheese, and on holidays, venture out as a group to the local cheese factory. Some say there is a fine line between passion and obsession…but I actually don’t have a problem with either.
