Fuck yeah cheese |
CHEEEESSSEEE AMISH CHEEESSSEEE |
Bleu cheese, ladies and gentlemen. And ooohh how I love it.
This cheese is not for the amateur cheese lover. It has a creamy texture with a strong flavor. The older it gets, the stronger the flavor. It is definitely an acquired taste. It has a tart flavor that is a bit buttery at the same time, with just a hint of herbs. It’s from France and is made from cows milk.
I love bleu cheese on wheat thins with grapes. It’s also great on rye crostini (little pieces of toast) with apple slices. Experiment with different types of fruits and veggies with crackers or bread to find your favorite combination. It’s also great on salads, especially if they have nuts on them.
I would love to go to Whole Foods or Kroger with anyone who is interested and talk more about cheese.

Flags made out of some native foods of each country, including cheese. Win.

Cream cheese, guys. That really is all I need to say, but I’ll go on.
Eat it with Tollhouse crackers. Wheat thins. On wheat toast with brown sugar sprinkled on top. Buy it with different flavors in it (sweet flavors like blueberry for breakfast or savory like garlic & chives for snack) to put it on your bagels.
I’ve also heard of cream cheese and jelly on bread but I’ve never tried it myself.
Here’s a fun recipe for you to enjoy:
